Paleo Bread

 



2 cups Almond flour
3 Tbsp Coconut flour
1/4 cup Golden flaxseed meal
1/2 tsp Sea salt
2 tsp Baking soda
5 large Eggs
1/2 cup Coconut oil melted
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Water
1/4 cup Whole flaxseed (optional)

  • Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor
  • Pulse ingredients together 
  • Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and water
  • Pour batter into a greased loaf pan
  • Sprinkle over the whole flaxseeds
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
  • Cool and serve
